Acquire the skills and knowledge needed to make a meaningful impact in others’ lives by enrolling in CDI College's Addictions and Community Services Worker program. This program equips you with a variety of skills to support individuals facing drug and alcohol issues, mental health challenges, and more. You'll gain insight into key topics in the addictions field, such as psychology, pharmacology, communications, ethics, and case management. Additionally, you’ll build a solid understanding of addiction, intake procedures, treatment planning, relapse prevention, and intervention. The program also prepares you to work with diverse clients, including families, high-risk populations, and youth. To graduate, you must complete a mandatory community placement.
